Conference and Corporate Hospitality

The Norwegian Church Arts Centre is one of the landmark buildings in Cardiff Bay and is situated with panoramic views over the waterfront and fresh water lake. With its truly enviable position and distinctive wooden interior, the Centre makes an ideal venue for small conferences, meetings, corporate hospitality and intimate gatherings.  

Conferences & Meetings

The beautiful Norwegian Room can host a conference for up to 90 delegates or a boardroom style meeting for up to 40 people. The gallery is also available for hire and with a capacity of up to 50 people is perfect for a seminar or break out session. Behind its unique façade the Centre is surprisingly flexible with its own integrated sound system, lighting & staging in addition to a networked computer link.

A full catering service is also available at the Centre. This dedicated & recognised service is provided by Cardiff Catering, who are caterers of excellence and have over 20 years experience both locally and internationally, and operate at other venues including City Hall, Cardiff Castle, St David’s Hall and the Mansion House.

Please note that all bookings of the Norwegian Church Arts Centre are subject to the completion of a booking form and the payment of a deposit. Additional Information

Function organisers will be allowed access to the rooms 1 hour prior to the start of the event; any additional time required prior to the event for the setting up of major displays, exhibitions, staging and so on, will be charged as described above.
